Edificio Argentum

Argentum is a residential building that has 45 parking spaces, social area, swimming pool, gym and ample green areas. Volumetric narrow elements are proposed to allow greater natural illumination and cross ventilation. Aluminum skin type umbrella that prevents the direct passage of thermal radiation but the access of an indirect lighting within the set, incorporates the gardens at elevated levels inside the tower to maximize climate control. The elements and materials thought in its implementation have a certification of reduction in the carbon footprint. Strategies to use concrete in the most efficient way in the story to its thermal mass and to generate the minimum waste.
