Cosmopolitan Tower

This project is a vertical apartment complex tower that promotes the upward growth in urban areas. It proposes social and recreational areas in the lower levels, and housing options in the rest of the building. It has a green roof full of varied vegetation that reduces the impact of the greenhouse effect as well as it brings lots of “greens” to a normally grey and dull city. The geometry and structure of this project helps interconnect the social and urban circuits with the daily living of the inhabitants.
