Orygen Mixed Use Building

Orygen is a mixed use proposal that evokes the adaptation on the context through the volumes, so that stepped terraces bordering the landscape are generated, highlighting an intersection that envelops a natural mass, full of vegetation that will be the lung of the project; conserving this green zone as the main point of attraction within the proposal. The existing vegetation on the site borders the proposal making a vegetal facade around the perimeter. The private spaces and social areas benefit from the terraces that frame multiple visuals and generate interrelations between the programs of the proposal.
