The urban element is born from the place, and goes hand in hand with it, it is thought from the act, thus allowing a positive impact on the community. That the community participate and adopt the project as their own, there being a sense of roots and identification of the project as a place, which contributes a quality of life to the public space.
It is an inclusive and not exclusive project, being a future benefit and not a means of segregation. Urbanism is spoken of as the fact of being in the presence of the other, which is essential. It is a protocol, “we have agreed with the other what is best for everyone”, certain behaviors that define a society. These types of projects acquire their architectural dimension by meeting the uniqueness of the place, with its physical, social and environmental conditions.
