Rincón del Valle is a residential project whose central axis is the existing relationship between architecture and the natural environment. The extensive green and natural areas are the landscape in which the project comes to life. In the design, soft and simple lines have prevailed to highlight the concept of beauty within a clean and uncluttered composition. Pedestrian trails, bikeways, recreational parks and rest areas make Rincón del Valle a site that adopts the neighborhood concept combined with unique spaces such as boulevards and avenues. Energy saving methods are proposed through passive strategies that reduce thermic heat loads inside the properties, such as proposing heat insulating materials, enhancing the indirect entrance of natural light, preventing the passage of direct radiation. Rincón del Valle defines a line of thought in its design, according to the needs of the families and the individuals.
