MASTER PLAN BOCA CHICA CONNECTS TWO REMOTE COASTAL SITES THROUGH A CONTINUOUS LANDSCAPE EXPERIENCE SHAPED BY MOVEMENT, TOPOGRAPHY, VEGETATION, AND VIEWS TOWARD THE OCEAN.
CONCEPT
The master plan links the Esperanza and Bejuco sites through a thread-like trajectory. A short boat journey connects the two locations, while a distinct loop at each site adapts the shared concept to its terrain and landscape conditions.
By treating mobility and landscape as a single system, the project creates a unified coastal destination while preserving the individual identity of Esperanza and Bejuco.

PROGRAM
Circulation loops organize low-rise buildings and shared landscape areas while responding to property boundaries, slopes, ocean views, and the existing mangrove. The routes create a clear sequence of arrival, movement, and discovery across both sites.
