COSMOPOLITAN TOWER PROPOSES VERTICAL URBAN LIVING, BRINGING TOGETHER HOUSING, SHARED SOCIAL SPACES, AND A VEGETATED ROOF WITHIN A SINGLE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING.
CONCEPT
Located in San José, Costa Rica, Cosmopolitan Tower is a residential project that promotes upward growth in urban areas. The apartment tower brings housing and shared spaces together within a vertical configuration.
Its volumetric organization connects social and urban activity with the everyday life of its residents. The proposal combines a contemporary architectural expression with an emphasis on residential comfort and security.
PROGRAM
Social and recreational areas occupy the lower levels, while residences are arranged on the floors above. This distribution establishes a clear relationship between shared activities and domestic spaces within the tower.
A vegetated roof introduces greenery into the urban setting. Conceived as part of the project’s environmental approach, it seeks to reduce environmental impact while bringing vegetation to a predominantly built landscape.
