DENT7 REINTERPRETS THE CONTEMPORARY MIXED-USE BUILDING AS A VERTICAL NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE LIVING, WORKING, AND SOCIAL LIFE COEXIST WITHIN A SINGLE ARCHITECTURAL SYSTEM.
CONCEPT
Rather than simply stacking different programs, the project organizes them into a carefully choreographed sequence of public, semi-public, and private environments. Retail activates the street, office spaces create opportunities for collaboration and productivity, while residences occupy the upper levels, offering privacy and comfort above the city's activity.
The result is an urban ecosystem where architecture becomes the framework for everyday life, strengthening the relationship between the building, its users, and the surrounding neighborhood.
PROGRAM
Movement is one of DENT7’s primary design generators. Independent yet interconnected routes organize residents, office users, visitors, and commercial activity, moving from public spaces connected to the street toward quieter residential environments.
Shared gardens, coworking spaces, wellness facilities, rooftop recreation, and social areas extend daily life beyond the apartment, creating opportunities for interaction, relaxation, and community.
By orchestrating circulation, privacy, and collective spaces, DENT7 supports multiple uses while improving the quality of everyday urban life.
