This project is an industrial complex located in the Coyol of Alajuela, which is the main headquarters of the company. The company has a whole series of processes and logistics, which through the design and the restructuring of its production line, proposes to optimize the work and activities in a circuit where they relate functions such as a showroom space, sales room, Offices, warehouse, workshops etc. The architecture is planned as a systematized process where multiple volumes with very different functions agglomerate but in the whole, generate a guide that interrelates and dialogues very efficiently between its multiple parts.

The program organizes the showroom, sales areas, offices, warehouse, workshops, and support spaces as a continuous operational circuit. Clear connections between public, administrative, logistical, and production areas improve movement, coordination, and efficiency across the complex.
