SECRT SABANA BRINGS GREEN, RECREATIONAL SPACE INTO ONE OF THE DENSEST AREAS OF SAN JOSÉ, PRESERVING THE NATURAL SURROUNDINGS OF THE SITE AND GIVING LIFE BACK TO THE CITY.
CONCEPT
Secrt is a residential condominium that promotes the preservation of the natural surroundings and the green areas found on the site. The project sets out to create recreational spaces within a very dense area of San José, the capital of Costa Rica.
Vegetation is woven throughout the tower, encouraging a “green” way of thinking and helping to bring the city back to life.
MATERIALS
The tower is built with low-maintenance materials. Even so, Secrt holds a high aesthetic value through its versatile design and its commitment to nature.
