SIEMPRE VERDE IS A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY WHERE HOUSING WRAPS AROUND A CENTRAL GARDEN OF AMENITIES, PRESERVING THE WETLAND AND THE EXISTING TREES OF THE SITE.
CONCEPT
Siempre Verde is organized in three layers: a green heart of amenities and recreation at the center, housing that surrounds and shelters it, and an outer ring of circulation that keeps cars at the edge of the site.
The project respects the Quebrada Caliente stream and a 21,800 m² wetland, which remains as a natural reserve, together with the existing trees on site. Six-story buildings with a rhythm of concrete frames, timber panels and balconies open toward the gardens, so every apartment looks onto green space.
PROGRAM
180 apartments distributed in four six-story phases of 42, 48, 48 and 42 units, with around 200 parking spaces.
Shared amenities include a pool, social pavilions with green roofs, a children’s play area, a sports field, landscaped walking paths and a gated entrance.
