Durante el mes de setiembre se avanzó considerablemente en el proceso constructivo de Cosmopolitan Tower, finalizando la colada del nivel 10 del edificio, llegando a una altura de +30m del nivel de calle. Actualmente se están realizando las coladas de las columnas y muros de dicho nivel. En cuanto al trabajo electromecánico se están trabajando las previstas del nivel 4 hasta el nivel 8, paralelamente se están realizando los levantamientos de paredes livianas en dichos niveles.

During September we made considerable advances in the construction process of Cosmopolitan Tower, we finished the concrete slabs of the 10th floor, and we reached a height of 30m above the ground level. We are working on the formworks of the columns and structural walls of the 11th floor. On the electromechanical side, they´re placing all the outputs from level 4 to level 8. And parallel to this work, we have been installing the light walls of the mention levels.

Se finalizó la colada del nivel 8 en la edificación, estando a dos niveles de llegar a la altura final del proyecto. En cuanto al trabajo de cimentación para los parqueos, se encuentra en un estado bastante avanzado a punto de terminar. De igual manera, se están realizando los trabajos de levantamientos de paredes livianas en el piso 4.

We finished the concrete slabs of the 8th floor, and we are just two floors away of reaching the final height of the project. Also, the foundation works for the parking lots are soon to get finished. On the other side we have been working on the installations of the light walls on the 4th floor.

Oficinas Carazo Arquitectura
Se instaló la pared verde de la oficina, con su respectivo sistema de riego e iluminación artificial para poder proveerle a las plantas todo lo necesario para su mantenimiento interno dentro de la oficina. Se están trabajando en los últimos detalles para pronto hacer uso de las mismas.

We finished the installation of the vertical garden in the inside of the office, with the corresponding irrigation and lighting system to keep them alive in interiors. We are working on the final details to soon make use of the space.
