SURÚ

The project addresses the problem of urban expansion and land degradation through an environmentally regenerative, low carbon footprint, community, inclusive proposal that seeks to raise the quality of life of local inhabitants and at the same time generating a biophilic prototype that integrates human needs and nature, in activities of daily life such as shopping and entertainment. The project seeks to provide a maximum quality environment for its users and inhabitants, bringing people back to a direct connection with nature, which results in a general condition of well-being. To achieve this, the project commits to a design: low carbon footprint, capable of producing much of its energy, with low levels of water consumption. With which a site, currently empty, is regenerated, returning it to its natural condition.
