Inauguración Casa Carazo
El 3 de Octubre celebramos la inauguración de nuestras nuevas oficinas. Compartimos nuestra visión e historia con todos los invitados a la vez que les contamos nuestros planes a futuro como oficina de Arquitectura. Nuestras nuevas oficinas sirven como muestra del trabajo que realizamos y de nuestra manera de hacer arquitectura e impactar la ciudad. Igualmente se experimentó el dinamismo del espacio de las nuevas oficinas, al adecuar su espacio según el programa requerido.
Casa Carazo Inauguration
On October 3rd we celebrate the inauguration of our new office. We share our vision and history with all the guests while we tell them our plans for the future as an Architecture office. Our new offices serve as a sample of the work we do and our way of doing architecture and impacting the city. Also the dynamism of the space of the new offices was experienced, when adapting its space according to the required program.
CTBUH
En Octubre nuestro director principal Rodrigo Carazo y nuestra directora de oficina y socia Vanessa Durán visitaron el congreso CTBUH en Chicago, EEUU. En donde se entablaron diálogos y conversatorios acerca de la construcción y desarrollo de edificaciones de altura en todo el mundo. Se buscó el intercambio de ideas y conocimiento en cuanto al desarrollo de este tipo de proyectos., al igual que se fomentó el desarrollo de redes y conexiones internacionales con colegas de otras partes del mundo.
CTBUH
In October our principal director Rodrigo Carazo and our office director and partner Vanessa Durán visited the CTBUH congress in Chicago, USA. Where dialogues and conversations about the construction and development of high-rise buildings throughout the world were established. The exchange of ideas and knowledge regarding the development of these types of projects was sought, as well as the development of international networks and connections with colleagues from other parts of the world.
Ya alcanzamos la altura final del edificio, finalizando la colada de todos los entrepisos del proyecto. Actualmente se están trabajando las panelerías livianas en todos los niveles al igual que la incorporación de ventanería en los primeros niveles del proyecto.
We have reached the final height of the building, finishing the casting of all the concrete slabs of the project. Currently, light paneling is being worked at all levels as well as the incorporation of window frames in the first levels of the project.
COSMOPOLITAN TOWER
Actualmente finalizamos la colada del nivel 16 del proyecto. Estamos trabajando en el enchapado de pisos y demás recubrimientos livianos de los niveles inferiores.

We are currently finishing the casting of level 16 of the project. We are working on the veneer of floors and other light coatings of the lower levels.
