The project reflects our vision of the future of office spaces: quality of life, natural comfort and reduction of environmental impact, without focusing solely on technology. The biophilic design seeks direct contact with nature, through its layer system: Immediate layer: plants that coexist in work spaces. Layer 2: vertical garden. Layer 3: central and rear gardens. Top layer: green roof with plants and trees that absorb heat, capture carbon and release oxygen.
The recovery of the city of San José with the intervention of a ninety-year-old building highlights the beauty of ancient architecture, harmonizing it peacefully with sober textures and materials, while the naturally regulated temperature is added to the effect of natural lighting to integrate a project adapted to the changing requirements of the future.
